Private Pool

Some properties, including apartments, have a private pool. When it comes to apartments it is usually a ground floor property that will have a private pool (if that is a feature of the complex). Some of the townhouse developments also offer private pools and many new villas will have a private pool. In some cases penthouses have a pool although it is usually a 'plunge pool' as opposed to a full sized one.
