Whether you are purchasing a brand new home or one that is key ready, if it is a new property on a site that has recently been completed, there is a high likelihood that the property will need to good clean before you kit it out with all of your beautiful furniture.

What about a fully furnished resale property
Sometimes it is possible to purchase homes that come full furnished, which is a real bonus. But how clean is the furniture? How old is that mattress?
We would recommend that you get in a commercial upholstery cleaning firm who can deep clean items like your mattresses and sofas so they are not only clean, but fully hygienic again. Even curtains can be deep cleaned to get them back to their original state.
You will be surprised and the colour changes in these items once they have been deep cleaned. They should look almost new again!
Now you can move in and really enjoy your new home!
