Communal Gardens

Communal gardens are an area of grass, flowers, shrubs and in some cases, water features, that can be enjoyed by all the residents of a complex. It often includes special areas for sunbathing where sunbeds may be distributed during the summer months. Upkeep of communal gardens is normally covered by the annual community fees.
